A few weeks ago I decided to do a pop-up shop in my house. I sent out an event on Facebook and invited local friends and last Wednesday the event took place. It was such a fun thing to do. Luckily I had some FAB friends helping me out. Karen and Lesley helped make tea and coffee and Caroline and Tamara made amazing cakes. The event took place from 10am-2pm so that I could work it around the children coming out of school. Unfortunately, as I was very busy I forgot to take photos aaaahhhh!!! Nowadays you have to take photos but I was just in the moment (which is actually a good thing, right?) and I completely forgot until afterwards. Darn it! I was a wee bit cross with myself for not doing this but hey I won't forget next time. I did however take some photos of the stall set up. This is also great practice for upcoming craft fairs etc. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend doing a pop-up shop and I already have some new plans for next year.
