What payment methods to do you accept?

Lomond Paper Co. currently accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Do you accept International orders?

Yes. Just choose your destination at the checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once full payment has been received orders are usually shipped within 3 days. All orders in the UK are delivered by Royal Mail. International orders will take a bit longer. These are usually delivered within 2 weeks but can take longer. If you do not receive your package after 3 weeks please contact me.

What is your refund policy?

Any unused and unwanted item(s) may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund (minus the shipping costs). Refunds will be made back into your bank account. Any item(s) that have been used, opened or are in the sale cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Do you customize products?

Unfortunately Lomond Paper Co. cannot provide customisations, or custom products at the moment. However this may be considered in the future.

Lomond Paper Co. products are available for wholesale. Please see my wholesale page
