Triathlon Training begins....

Well this a wee bit crazy but a few mums and I have all entered a Triathlon in Stirling on the 4th of June. This is what happens when you get over 40. I am doing a Sprint TRI! Yes, I know what does that mean? Well I must swim 750 metres (that’s 32 lengths of a 25m metre pool), cycle 20km and then run 5km. Now I can do these things individually but back to back on the same day. YIKES! That's going to be the challenge. I am going to need to get super active to do this...

Inveraray Walk

I am sorry that the blog posts have been few and far between but there has been a lot going on in my family recently and that has taken precedence. My sister came to stay this week from London and we have had a lovely time just chilling and catching up. We went for a lovely walk on Wednesday in Inveraray and then ended up in The George Pub. Peebles

This week we escaped for a few days to Pebbles Hydro as the kids are off for half term. My husband is also a very keen mountain biker so it suited him fine as Glentress is just down the road. Here are few pictures from out stay x The first two images were taken with my iPhone 7 plus and the last three with my Nikon D5100 (DSLR) and I think you can tell the difference. Pitta Pizza's

Today is National Pizza Day and we LOVE pizza in our house so I thought I would make some. We used pitta bread for the bases as I am way too lazy to make the Pizza Bases. Valentine's Cards

I FINALLY have my Valentines cards up online YAY! I think I am awfully slow at this. Most people have had theirs up weeks, YIKES. I seriously need to up my game. I have made two completely different cards as you can see. One very simple Valentines card and another a bit out there. I think I would probably send the funny one to my husband.
