Well I wish I could say I have been sticking to my wonderful Triathlon training plan that I posted up a few weeks ago. It's been hard to stick to when the kids are off on holidays and I have to be honest I've just been doing what I can. I try generally to do one cycle a week, one swim, one run and maybe one brick session, cycle then run. I'm hoping thats enough but it is just a bit off fun after all.
I have this fab watch that is helping me out. It records all your run, swim and cycle times, distances, calories etc. It does record lots of other sports too even golf? I won't be using that at the moment though x
The watch is called VIVOACTIVE HR GARMIN SMARTWATCH My husband got it for me for Christmas and its proving very useful at recording everything for me. It even alerts me when I have message on my phone and is always telling me to MOVE as I need to up my step count lol x
