Triathlon Training begins....

Well this a wee bit crazy but a few mums and I have all entered a Triathlon in Stirling on the 4th of June. This is what happens when you get over 40. I am doing a Sprint TRI! Yes, I know what does that mean? Well I must swim 750 metres (that’s 32 lengths of a 25m metre pool), cycle 20km and then run 5km. Now I can do these things individually but back to back on the same day. YIKES! That's going to be the challenge. I am going to need to get super active to do this I think. I am used to running but the other two things not so much so I should probably concentrate more on the cycling and swimming, shouldn’t I? Any tips anyone. I need as much help as I can get x
