It’s the school holidays so its time to entertain the kids. The weather has just been incredible here in Scotland for the last couple of weeks. Honestly it is the most AMAZING place in the sunshine you cannot beat it. I decided it would be nice to visit Inchcailloch, an island on Loch Lomond to escape the crowds and just relax for the day. It has a great beach too with shallow waters. We took a boat over to the island with Cruise Loch Lomond from Luss. This is great day out with the kids and we took a picnic as their are no facilities on the island apart from a couple of toilets near the jetty where you get the boat.
