I always like things to look pretty on my walls and I like visual planners. I don't always like using my iPad and iPhone especially when it comes to exercise. I like to visually see my achievements straight away. I created this Fitness Planner to help you achieve your goals. You can either plan what you need to do each week or write on it as you go. Whatever suits you best. I hope you find it useful. The planner is A3 size so everything can be seen clearly and it will fit nicely inside a kitchen cupboard. I have mine up in my studio so I can see it every day and it reminds me what I need to do. The best thing about having a visual planner is that you can see what you have achieved straight away.
