A few weekends ago we had the great privilege of dining at The Three Chimneys Restaurant on the Isle of Skye. It was a special treat for me and my friend Fran to celebrate our 40th Birthday. It was an amazing experience and I would totally recommend it. The head chef Scott Davies 'create dishes which reflect Skye and Scotland’s wealth of ingredients, as well as the country's culinary heritage". The hospitality and accommodation was truly exceptional and the staff made us feel truly welcome. The Isle of Skye is a truly magical Island with so much to offer. We couldn't actually see much of it as it was very very wet but I still absolutely loved it. Here are a few pictures from our stay.
